VP of Global Franchise Operations for The Hertz Corporation with responsibilities for 130 countries and 500 franchises. Past president of the American Car Rental Association and 2009 recipient of the Russell Bruno Award. He has represented the rental industry on the Congressional Travel and Tourism Caucus and testified before the FTC on competition in the car rental industry.
