John Menton is a tech investor and expert in commercial and corporate law who previously served on the Board of Directors for the Irish subsidiaries of PayPal, Cisco, Gap, and Rockspace.

A former partner at the Arthur Cox legal firm, John spent 27 years in their New York and Dublin offices and was head of their Technologies and Life Sciences group as well as the Corporate and Commercial departments.

John has also successfully advised global technology firms on raising venture capital and companies with intellectual property on commercial arrangements. An accomplished international athlete, John represented Ireland in the discus at the 2000 Summer Olympics.
