Matilda has gained extensive experience, through global franchise implementations and front counter systems, she specializes in car rental processes, procedures, and systems design.
With over 15 years as Car rental system manager with Europcar Ireland where her key responsibilities included aligning the system processes to the business processes with a focus on design and implementation of rental systems developments to improve business operations.
In 2017, Matilda moved into the area of Business development manager with Thermeon – building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client.
Matilda’s goal is to drive adoption and partner with customers as a trusted advisor to unlock value and find solutions to their needs. She is very passionate about company products and looks forward to working with the existing team to identify and support new business opportunities.
